Hi, I’m Heaven! I’m 24 years old, born in Key West, and raised in SWFL. I’ve worked in the matcha & coffee industry for the past six years, and it’s taken me all over including Texas, where I spent several years throughout the DFW area working and learning more about the industry!
Being in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to taste matcha from all over, learn from incredible people, and experience firsthand the amazing communities that form around a cup of matcha (& coffee). Those experiences inspired me to create something of my own!
Starting this business has been a long process and I’m so excited to finally share it with all of you! Every drink on the menu and every recipe has been carefully crafted, and I hope this little cart becomes more than just a place to grab a drink!! I can’t wait to serve you!

Howdy, I'm Jaxon, the other half of Say Less Matcha! If Heaven is the one making your drink, I'm the reason there's a cart to make it on.
My background in coffee and matcha runs from behind the bar to roasting coffee and working on espresso equipment, learning the ins and outs of what makes a great drink along the way. I've always loved working with my hands, solving problems, and figuring out how to make things work better.
At Say Less, I'm the guy behind the scenes. I built the cart and the website, handle the tech and logistics, and I'm usually the one running the register and making sure everything works the way it should.
Mostly, though, I'm here to keep the line entertained.
